Humana was searching for a way to increase touch points with members in real-time, add value and increase utilization of their benefit plan to promote health living and quality of life.


To promote, track, and reward healthy living and fitness center utilization in an effort to reduce healthcare costs.


In launching the GoMo Fitness Network™, Humana can track consumer check-ins at approved fitness facilities, target programs to nearby members, and reward active members through their smartphones using iBeacon technology. Accumulated points can be used by members to reduce premiums or be redeemed as gifts.
