HackensackUMC at Pascack Valley (HUMCPV) was searching for a way to cater the non-clinical needs of inpatients in real-time, increasing the opportunity to garner positive patient feedback in the all-important HCAHPS survey. Working with our custom development team, Concierge Care® Inpatient Satisfaction was born.

24K Creative worked in conjunction with our development team to create the layout and overall look and feel for the Inpatient Satisfaction tool. The tool was designed to take “in-the-moment” requests and send them directly to the appropriate department for fulfillment. Requests may include bathroom assistance, ensuring the noise level around the room allows for appropriate patient rest and recovery, pet therapy, clergy assistance and EMR/EHR access.
We also created all of the in-hospital marketing collateral, including posters, flyers, and bedside table tents, to promote its use amongst HUMCPV patients.
